Shot as a realality television show, "Real Guys…Real Golf" follows a foursome of friends as they visit golf resorts around the country highlighting the golf courses, the lodging options, the dining options, and the night life. "Real Guys…Real Golf" is a golf travel show and is intended to be slightly edgy as the guys interact with one another both on and off the course. You can imagine the types of conversations that occur when four different personalities get together!
Additionally, the four golfers were not chosen for their ability to play golf, but rather were chosen to represent average golfers. Watch as these "real" golfers compete against one another in an attempt to make their way around the golf course without injuring themselves or anyone else. Golf is a difficult game to play, and even though our foursome will try their best on the course, sometimes the course gets the best of them.
Included in each episode will be an instructional golf tip by our host that will be presented in "plain English" and will appeal to the average golfer. Following the round of golf, we will highlight a restaurant and nightly entertainment option nearby, as well as reveal the surprise for the winning twosome.
"Real Guys…Real Golf" is not intended to be a serious show about golf swing techniques or ritzy golf resorts, but rather is a television show that will entertain and appeal to viewers who historically have been ignored by other golf programming, the average golfer and those interested in learning the game.
